 Guiding Lyght is dedicated towards helping people achieve their wellness goals. Focusing on Yoga and nutrition, we have conducted workshops in corporates, army camps, as well as for athletes across different disciplines. We also conduct trainings for sports artists and people with various medical conditions.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We offer on premise Yoga workshops to help people de-stress and calm down from work pressure and a hectic lifestyle. We also offer focused training sessions for different groups including athletes, sports artists as well as people with different medical conditions.

Our authentic values, integrity, compassion, inner strength, and innovation help our students with constant learning in one-to-one sessions.

GROUP SESSIONS

Group sessions are designed for like-minded people who can come together and practise with our expert guidance.

WORKSHOPS

Workshops are intended to help you work on specific areas such as twisting, inversions, meditation, etc.

RETREATS
